The Retail and Entertainment Zone and the Civic and Cultural Zone will be managed separately. The Civic and Cultural Zone (CCZ) of the Integrated Hub @ one-north, comprising Levels 3 to 11 (9 levels of the 15-level development), will be managed by Rock or a separate venue management entity with specialist expertise on behalf of Rock.
The Retail and Entertainment Zone, from Basement 1 to Level 2 (3 levels), will be managed by specialist retail operator CapitaMalls Asia. CapitaMalls Asia will also manage the Basement 2 to 4 car parks (3 levels), which would have approximately 850 lots.
