CapitaMalls Asia Limited (CapitaMalls Asia) is one of the largest listed shopping mall owners, developers and managers in Asia by total property value of assets and by geographic reach. Founded in 1956 as Lev Zetlin & Associates, today Thornton Tomasetti is a 650-plus-person organisation of engineers and architects, collaborating from offices across the United States and in Hong Kong, London, Moscow, and Shanghai. Its services cover structural design, building evaluation, and remediation to optimise building efficiency and performance. The organisation's project reference include Taipei 101, New York Times Building and Federation Tower. Mott MacDonald (Mechanical & Electrical Engineer)
